The hotel had an excellent location, very central to many attractions. The breakfast, located on the rooftop terrace, was a great experience with a wide variety of buffet items. The staff has great people skills, always friendly and courteous.
The bed did squeak a bit, I did feel like that affected my sleep quality slightly.

The included breakfast was convenient and featured fresh options. i found complimentary water and fruit available, a great touch! the location was excellent. I could easily walk to shops and activities. the staff offered a warm welcome upon my arrival. I especially appreciated the porter, raul.
the air conditioning thermostat didn't work correctly in the room i stayed in. it was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature and i was often too warm or too cold. i wish they would address this issue .

The front desk staff was very helpful. they efficiently managed check-in and any requests I had. I also found the location convenient to all major attractions.
