central location buffet items friendly staff
The hotel had an excellent location, very central to many attractions. The breakfast, located on the rooftop terrace, was a great experience with a wide variety of buffet items. The staff has great people skills, always friendly and courteous.
The bed did squeak a bit, I did feel like that affected my sleep quality slightly.

the staff was friendly. the rooftop restaurant provides an amazing view. the hotel offers a 24-hour café downstairs, with food and drinks included, this proved very convenient. the location is central and within walking distance to various shops.
my room lacked a window facing outside, this meant no natural light entered the space. it.

central location hotel stay
convenient breakfast fresh options excellent location
The included breakfast was convenient and featured fresh options. i found complimentary water and fruit available, a great touch! the location was excellent. I could easily walk to shops and activities. the staff offered a warm welcome upon my arrival. I especially appreciated the porter, raul.
the air conditioning thermostat didn't work correctly in the room i stayed in. it was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature and i was often too warm or too cold. i wish they would address this issue .

the breakfast buffet on the sixth floor included delicious, fresh options each morning. dinner at the rooftop restaurant is amazing, with a four-course menu. complimentary teas, coffees, and snacks were available downstairs, serviced by a great team.

The front desk staff members are friendly and helpful, including isai and karina. the bellhops are friendly and efficient! the hotel provides a three-hour tour. Our guide mariel, was excellent. the staff are attentive and helpful.

I appreciated the complimentary 24-hour snack bar, with a selection of pastries and drinks. The rooftop restaurant had amazing views. provided a nice breakfast experience. The front desk staff was very helpful. they efficiently managed check-in and any requests I had. I also found the location convenient to all major attractions.

The concierge offered helpful recommendations and directions. Staff members were consistently attentive and responsive to requests. Their friendly attitude improved my stay. I was also greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. they provided a warm first impression.

the included breakfast had excellent options. i found the rooftop restaurant offered a fantastic view. the hotel also has a convenient 24-hour cafe, it provides snacks and drinks.
the walls seemed a bit thin, i could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.
